You got that right. I know for me it was a bit of an ego-shock when it first took hold. I used to think my ideas were so fantastic and great and that readers would be doing themselves a disservice if they weren't reading about it.
Far from the truth…
As a reader, you are looking to have your problems remedied. That could be a specific issue, it could be you're looking to be excited, you want to laugh or you want to cry.
Once you start to reorganize your strategy with that in mind, your audience builds.
