Very interesting point. When you're neck deep in the rigmarole of being lazy it's out-of-sight, out-of-mind… You don't mind it too much. It's when you reflect on the time and opportunity cost wasted, it's another story.

I know when I wake up in the morning I have this like visual flash go through my mind that I'm racing against "better Jon." He's a better writer, lover, thinker, boxer, and overall person. It's my duty to beat him at his game everyday. He also isn't lazy so it's hard.
