The commenting and actually engaging in a conversation is key with this platform (Medium>all other social media).

Furthermore, I don't think this title is "click-bait" by any stretch of the imagination. I just think it's well written and compelling to draw the reader in. My idea of click-bait is "The 5 Simple Secrets to Help You Make 1 Million Dollars in 1 Week!" Perhaps this is just semantics at this point…
